This is the Year

This is the year..

I stop worrying what everyone will think of me if I follow my dreams.

I stop worrying that I will be a broke, old homeless lady one day if I fail at my dreams.

I step out of the box into the big, beautiful world and make it happen, one second at a time, one moment at a time, one day at a time.

I go all out, full one, hard press and begin making it happen.

I come off the fence and jump in feet first just like a kid into a pool on a warm summer day.

I step to the front of line.

THIS IS THE YEAR.  BRING IT ON!

Imagine how the American economy would turn around if we were all trying to impress eachother with the valaue of our investments, being debt free and our level of education rather than a impressing eachother with a Louis Vuitton purse, an expensive car and a home in the most prominent neighborhood which are all paid for through credit.  Imagine..

JEWISH NEWLYWEDS

A young Jewish couple got married and went on their honeymoon.
When they got back, the bride immediately called her mother.
“Well”, said her mother, “so how was the honeymoon?”
“Oh mama”, she replied, “the honeymoon was wonderful!
So romantic”… Suddenly she burst out crying.
“But, mama, as soon as we returned,
Sam started using the most horrible language — things
I’d never heard before!
I mean, all these awful four-letter words!
You’ve got to take me home!!
PLEASE MAMA !”
“Sarah, Sarah”, her mother said, “calm down!
You need to stay with your husband and work this out.
Now, tell me, what could be so awful?
WHAT four-letter words?”
“Please don’t make me tell you, mama,” wept the daughter.
“I’m so embarrassed, they’re just too awful!
COME GET ME, PLEASE!!”
“Darling, baby, you must tell me what has you so upset.
Tell your mother these horrible four-letter words!”
Sobbing, the bride said,
“Oh, Mama…, he used words like:
“DUST, WASH, IRON and COOK…
“I’ll pick you up in twenty minutes,” said her mother.

If you want to be truly intimidating,

If you want to make an impact,

If you want to have strong connections with others

just be sincere.

Sarcasm is not an attitude, and it’s not a personality trait. It’s a style of rhetoric meant to be used occasionally to highlight a larger point. Saying…
